The newsletter template will open for editing.

2. Edit the newsletter content regions

Both newsletter templates have 23 content regions for your news, some of which are preformatted. To edit them:

  1. Retrieve a content region or change a content region to a different type as needed; see Add or change newsletter content regions for IU Shared Templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  2. The Indiana University branding bar is in the first region. To change a branding bar for a specific campus, see Change the branding bar for IU shared templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. Change the title and other preformatted text:
    1. Click the desired region (e.g., the title) and choose Modify Content.

    2. A text editor will open with the preformatted content. To change the text while retaining the formatting, highlight the content between the first and last characters of the text. Type the new text in the highlighted space, and then delete the first and last characters.
      Note:
Highlighting the entire placeholder text and typing new text will remove the formatting.
